This does not mean, because of our name that we will be confined in our help to Carbrain alone, as our remit includes offer of advice & help to all of Cumbernauld.  We have a moral obligation to aid all or point anyone in the direction of help should we be unable to assist. We have completed training in Committee Skills, Equal Opportunities, Anti Social Behaviour and Environment Issues to keep us ahead of the field.

The Carbrain Tenants Association committee have attended classes and on site training in Wishaw, Edinburgh. London and Brussels on Citizenship, Government and how each of these individual Parliaments conduct their business. We hope to extend our range of training, help and guidance in any capacity we feel appropriate or beneficial to put to good use in all of our Community. We are a formally constituted group with an organisational statement who are recognized by Government.
